Welcome to Ezeat!

We are beyond excited to welcome you to the Ezeat family! Our journey started with a simple dream: to bring the vibrant flavors of South Asian (Nepali/Indian) New York-inspired street food to the heart of Payne Springs, Texas. With a passion for food and a commitment to quality, we’ve crafted a menu that combines the best of both worlds—delicious, hearty meals that are quick, convenient, and packed with flavor.

Our Story

EzEat was born out of a love for food and the desire to offer something unique to our community. Our co-founder, Ruby Rana, has always been a foodie at heart, with a particular fondness for the bustling street food scene of New York City. After years of dreaming and planning, we decided it was time to bring those iconic flavors to Payne Springs.

We started Ezeat with a mission: to serve up the best New York-inspired South Asian-style street food with an Asian twist, all while staying true to our values of quality, freshness, and sustainability. From our signature Butter Chicken, New York Style Chicken, and Rice to our refreshing Croissant Chicken Salad Sandwich, we’ve designed a menu to satisfy your cravings.

Sustainability: We care about our planet, which is why we use sustainable utensils and biodegradable to-go boxes. When you choose Ezeat, you’re not just enjoying great food—you’re also supporting eco-friendly practices.
Convenience: Whether you’re grabbing lunch on the go or ordering dinner for the family, we’ve made it easy. Our food truck is conveniently located in the premises of Countryside gas station in Payne Springs, and we also offer delivery through DoorDash.

Our menu is a fusion of bold flavors and comforting classics. Here’s a sneak peek at what we’re serving up:

Butter Chicken: Roasted Chicken breast in a creamy tomato & onion-based sauce cooked with authentic, flavorful Nepali and Indian spices.

New York Style Chicken and Rice: Juicy, flavorful chicken served over a bed of seasoned rice, topped with ranch and a drizzle of hot sauce for those who like it spicy.
Keema (Grounded Chicken)Noodles: A savory blend of ground meat and noodles, cooked with aromatic spices that will transport you straight to the streets of New York.
Croissant Chicken Salad Sandwich: Fresh, crisp salad topped with tender chicken and served in a flaky croissant—perfect for a light yet satisfying meal.
Pita Craze: Tender chicken wrapped in a warm pita, loaded with veggies and sauce.
Potato Wedges: Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly seasoned—these are the ideal side dish for any meal.
