Ezeat was born from a dream. Our co-founder, Ruby, fell in love with New York street food, particularly a chicken and rice dish he often enjoyed as a student. After moving to Texas, Ruby wanted to bring that same fulfilling, fresh, and affordable experience to his new community. With a great team by his side, he made his dream a reality, creating EzEat to share the New York-inspired flavors of South Asia (Nepal/India) with Payne Springs, Texas.
